Not so, Eduardo, all you know is WHO caused them, not that they aren't
random. God could have built himself a superduper random number generator
and used it to decide which mutations to cause. So I would say that there
IS a link. Knowing WHO caused the mutations is NOT the same as knowing HOW
the causer did it.
