Resources that immediately spring to mind: ASA's own booklet "Teaching
Science in a Climate of Controversy" which deals well with eg. the Paluxy
River fossil tracks, and the book "Science Held Hostage" by Howard Van Till
et al.for its tretment of several YEC 'evidences' such as the 'shrinking
sun'.
A "complete" resource is beyond anyone's ability and patience, I suspect,
though our own Glenn Morton might come closer than anyone. Try his
