Correction on URL for CTNS.

In Paul A."s recent post to ASA matters the url of CTNS was given
as: It is at http://www/ctns.org/.
On should remove the / after the www. It really is: http://www.ctns.org/

I was just checking out a couple of the sites and noticed this
mistyping.
