I feel the most effective way to communicate our faith is simply to be
ourselves and be transparent before others. This is often not a simple
task - It is a challenge to allow others to see us as we are. But there is
no reason why it must be forced or artificial. My experience is that
colleagues will respect those who have firmly held and reasoned religious
convictions, if held without hypocrisy. We also need to listen to others
better.

Things like personal web pages also provide a non-threatening and natural
way to communicate who we are to the university commmunity.
