Is this not a presupposition?

Suppose it were not true. Suppose our creator was NOT free to create just any
universe. For instance -- a universe in which three plus two equalled
seventy-six. What would be different? How could we test such an assertion? How
do we know, for instance, that our universe is not just some half-baked grad
student project?
