Of course I agree with Dr. Murphy that quantum theory - and indeed chaos theory
- mean that the brain is non deterministic. But quantum theory itself - with its
non deterministic nature - implies an openness to that which is beyond. This was
CS Lewis's point when discussing the relevance of quantum theory to thinking
processes.
