A classic excuse, eh? "it's my brain's fault" ;-)
I guess it's funny because it taps into the mind/brain duality. Phantom
limb pain, your ear ringing, cereball paulsy certainary are the fault of
one's brain--and not the victum's, yet to put it so bluntly makes it sound
like a psychological problem, or a personality defect.
